Our service centre is equipped with the latest Citroen equipment and technology. Our service technicians are all fully trained and fully qualified. Continuous training is undertaken to keep up with new models and new technology.

Caffyns offer various service options. If your car is still within the manufacturers warrant period then we recommend booking your car in for a Citroen Annual Service. This will be carried out to the manufacturer's schedule, which meets the exact needs of your vehicle, using genuine Peugeot parts.

Manufacturers' servicing can continue beyond the warranty period, but for owners whose vehicles are outside the manufacturers warranty, various alternative options are available for vehicles over 3 years old.

'While you Wait'

For MOTs, services and minor repairs to your vehicle, we offer a 'while you wait' service ensuring your vehicle takes priority in our workshop. If you would like to wait with your vehicle whilst we carry out the desired work, please inform a member of our Service Team when booking your vehicle in, and on your arrival so we can arrange for you and your vehicle to take priority. 

Replacement Vehicles

We are able to supply you with a replacement vehicle when your car is in for service or repair. Caffyns run a fleet of vehicles ready for you to drive away in at the cost of a small administration charge to ensure you are fully insured to drive one of our vehicles. The option of a replacement vehicle is popular with our customers so be sure to inform us you would like to be provided with a replacement vehicle when booking your car in and we will happily reserve a vehicle for your use.

Free Collection and Delivery

Caffyns are happy to offer all customers a free of charge local collection and delivery service from either your home or work address. We can even take you into Uckfield Town Centre or to your home or work address whilst your vehicle is in our workshop. Simply give a member of our Service Team a ring when you are ready to be collected and our dedicated Shuttle Bus will be on hand to pick you up. 

At Caffyns we offer a fully comprehensive Service Plan on new and used vehicles* to meet the individual needs of each and every one of our customers.

Our Service Plans offer an easy and convenient way to budget for all your servicing requirements over a period chosen by you. Choose from either 10, 22 or 34 monthly payments, alternatively you can add the cost of the plan to the finance of your new or used car, or even make a one off payment of the full amount. 

Caffyns Citroen Service Plans offer peace of mind motoring by spreading the cost of your regular servicing through simple monthly payments.
